Gorgeous Georgians Guided Walk - Monday 27th May

The Georgian period in Hertford was full of colourful characters, libertines and rakes. There were highwaymen, a prison reformer, poets, artists and eccentric aristocrats to name just a few.

There is even a Jacobite. It was also an age of elegance which gave us some handsome houses and the Shire Hall. Our walk explores this lively period in Hertford’s history.

Walk starts in Salisbury Square at 2pm on Monday 27th May 2024 and last for an hour and a half.
